American Idol Stylists

American Idol stylists should not get paid to dress contestants this poorly for television.

Problems from left to right:  Combining different patterns sometimes works, but this ensemble comes off as a mess. The pink and blue pants (a nauseating color combination) look like tacky pajama bottoms. White pants with a black top, jeans with a white T-shirt, and jeans with a blue shirt all betray an embarrassing lack of creativity.

Pants Above the Waist

Men, do not wear your pants high above your waists.  I have no idea why some men do this, since it consistently looks ridiculous.

Fabulous Rebecca

I did not know her.  She did not work in my department.  Of the hundreds of people on the floor, she stood out.  The first time I saw her, I thought she was fabulous.

She wears burgundy, today's version of a Renaissance aristocrat.  Funky and elegant.

She's glamorous!  She's fabulous!
