Do not wear rolled up pants as part of a hipster-dufus image.  It looks ridiculous.  Guys who consider themselves edgy and trendy now will feel embarrassed in five years when they view old photos of themselves in their cutesy rolled up pants.

Exception:  Unless you're sporting a sharp pair of socks.

Whoopi Goldberg for worst-dressed.  She looks as though she cut the bottom out of a laundry bag, then put it over a white blouse.

Best Dressed Woman Under 40: Lupita Nyong'o

Refreshing to see a young woman who embodies elegance.  She's stunning.
